For those of you that couldn't, let me show you how.

Step 1: Reduce each number to it last digit, 
34*78 + 53*22 => 4*8 + 3*2

Step 2: Try to solve the smaller problem, 
4*8 + 3*2  = 32 + 6

Step 3: Then reduce any number with 2 or more digits to its last digit as in step 1,
32 + 6 => 2 + 6 = 8

Step 4: Choose the option whose last digit is 8
Ans = B (3818)
