UMYU 2nd Convocation Ceremony & Investiture of the Chancellor

On behalf of the governing council and senate of Umaru Musa Yar’adua university Katsina, the Vice-Chancellor professor Idris Isa Funtua, wishes to invite parents and graduands of the 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, and 2015/2016 academic sessions to its second convocation ceremony.

The ceremony is scheduled to start on Friday 24th march 2017 with a Pre-convocation lecture titled:
“Umaru Musa Yar’adua university, Katsina: the first ten years.”

At the university auditorium, by 4:00pm

On Saturday 25th march 2017, there will be conferment of PhD’s, Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees and post graduate diplomas as well as the investiture of the chancellor Alhaji (Dr) Umaru Mutallab, by his excellency the executive Governor of Katsina state Rt. Hon Aminu Bello Masari (Dallatun Katsina, Mutawallen Hausa)

At the university convocation arena by 10:00am
