UTME: JAMB Official Speaks on How to Admit Students on CAPS

Titus Isah Lemut, the Benue State Coordinator of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), recently addressed the proper procedures for admitting students through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). During a courtesy visit from the rector of Intercontinental College of Technology (I'CCT), Lemut emphasized the importance of adhering strictly to JAMB's guidelines on admission processes. He explained that JAMB conducts the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) annually and that compliance with CAPS is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the admissions process.
Lemut also advised that once an institution is listed on the Integrated Brochure and Syllabus System (IBASS), candidates can select it as their preferred choice. He encouraged I'CCT's rector, Iorbee Simon, and his team to promote their institution through advocacy and sensitization programs to attract prospective students.
UTME: Oloyede Urges Compliance with JAMB CAPS
In a related development, Legit.ng reported that all tertiary institutions in Nigeria have been urged to fully adopt CAPS, which was implemented by JAMB to automate and streamline the country's admission procedures.
