The University of Nigeria Nsukka has suspended a lecturer caught engaging in sexual activity with a student. The school announced that his employment would be on hold pending the conclusion of a disciplinary panel set by the university. Acting Public Relations Officer Okwun Omeaku stated that the indefinite suspension takes immediate effect. Omeaku emphasized the university's zero tolerance for sexual misconduct, affirming that any offender found guilty will be penalized.
